A Circle of Care strives to employ best-practices in everything we do. Before our caregivers are placed on their first assignment, they have passed a thorough national background check performed by HireRight. The background check includes among other things, a criminal felony and misdemeanor seven year history, Widescreen Plus—national criminal search, healthcare sanctions, social security number validation, address/credit and driver’s record.

All caregivers are our W-2 employees, with all applicable taxes and deductions paid. Our business and caregivers are fully insured and bonded through a home care insurance specialist agency. We offer on-going training tailored to caregiver-client needs, and share helpful knowledge with our clients. For clients needing care management, this is included at no additional charge.

We honor the Code of Ethics set forth by state and national professional home care organizations. Areas covered include patient/clients rights and responsibilities, fiscal and operational responsibilities, personnel management, relationships with other vendors, and marketing and public relations.
